Today, 1 November, EICOM and Oversætterhuset have submitted their official merger plan to the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency to join forces and become TextMinded Danmark A/S during the first quarter of 2012. The new company aims to set completely new standards for what constitutes an innovative communication company.

Aggressive growth strategy
Yesterday, 31 October, employees at the two companies were informed of the aggressive growth strategy and the many other perspectives involved in the merger plan. “It’s not just our intellectual competencies and technological skills that offer great synergies.
